Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include your order number.

If your cancellation request is received within the eligible timeframe and production has not started, a full refund will be issued.
Once production has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
Order Modifications
Customers may request modifications within 12 hours of placing an order.
Modifications may include:

• Photo replacements
• Product option adjustments, such as size, color, or style
Our team will do our best to accommodate modification requests submitted within the allowed timeframe.
After production has started, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Personalized Products
Because all Veloura products are custom-made according to customer specifications, they enter production quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Once production has begun, orders become non-cancellable and non-modifiable.
This policy helps us maintain efficient processing and deliver personalized products as quickly as possible.
Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
While we will make every effort to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been processed or shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to:
• Cancel the order
• Modify product details
• Change the shipping address
• Redirect the package to a different destination
At this stage, customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
