DMCA Copyright Infringement Policy

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

Counter Notification

If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction in which the service provider may be found.

  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

Veloura reserves the right to terminate access, refuse service, or remove content submitted by users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
