Because every Veloura product is personalized and made to order, production begins only after your order has been successfully placed.

Production Time

Most personalized orders require:

2–5 business days

to be designed, customized, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.

During peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, production times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Europe

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Veloura may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed on our website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Veloura is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
