All Veloura products are custom-made and personalized based on the information, photos, text, and selections provided by the customer.
For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size, color, or product selections made by the customer
• Orders that arrive after the estimated delivery date but within a reasonable shipping timeframe

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Lost Packages
